My versa just died this afternoon. The app says it is medium battery. I have tried resetting it, charging it and all the other trouble shooting things online. I have been trying for 2 hours to get hold of Fitbit live chat and also on the phone with no answer to either.
It cost me £220 6 months ago and I expected better both from the product and from Fitbit aftercare. 😔

Hi, does it do nothing at all, just a black screen not turning on anymore? Did you also perform a factory reset? Press and hold all three buttons untill Fitbit logo flashes or, if that's not the case, press and hold the buttons for about 15 secs and then release the right lower button. When you feel a strong vibration release the other buttons. If this does not work, repeat the entire procedure several times. Although your Fitbit app tells you that the battery is medium, maybe that's not right in this case. Try charging it on a different USB port or via the wall with a legit adaptor. Also, do you have someone with a Versa also, if yes, ask if you can borrow his charger to see whether it's your charger or not.

@Berkschick Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not turning on even though you have restarted it several times. I would like to follow up on this issue and would like to know if our support team provided a solution.
@SunsetRunner Thank you so much for your help my friend!
See you guys later!
