My versa suddenly stopped working today. I have tried the 3 button reset and all I get is black screen.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
