My mom has had her Fitbit versa for 1 year. Today she saw her Fitbit battery was low so she put it on the charger and the screen lit up saying it was charging. She checked on it later and the screen was black. When she took it off the charger, it was hot. The screen is not turning on or doing anything. I have tried to hold in the buttons but it’s not working. Her Fitbit is not that old and it’s in good condition. Any suggestions?

@LindsMae welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's stopped turning on even though your mom has fully charged it and restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

Since her Fitbit Versa got hot while being charged, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
