Hi, I've had my Versa since Christmas and have loved it. Today I felt a vibrate and then the screen went blank except for flashing, and it had a good charge. When I try to hold the buttons down to reset it, nothing happens. Is there some other way to reset?

@Ll_s welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning on even though you have restarted it.
Regarding your inquiry, there is another way to factory reset your Versa but it's done through the settings on the watch itself.
At this moment, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
