Versa not turning on

I charged my versa fully and it was working fine, then suddenly about 24 hrs later it just turned off and won’t respond now. It’s completely black. I have tried charging again for an extended period of time and have tried resetting/restarting it by holding in the buttons and I’m getting nothing! Any suggestions?
