Versa not turning on

Hi! I was hoping to get some help with turning my Versa back on. One night, I noticed my screen had weird vertical lines on it so I did a factory reset of my watch and it seemed to go back to normal. The next morning my watch would not turn on. I even left it on the charger for a few hours. I noticed some condensation near my HR sensor so I put it in rice for just under 24 hours. The condensation is gone and there is a green light flashing on the back. When I put it on the charger you can see a backlight but there is still a black screen. I have tried multiple times to reset and nothing has changed. I have only had my Versa for a little under a year but I have been a fitbit owner for 3 or 4 years now. I love my Fitbit and has become a huge staple in my life.... please help!
