My fitbit versa device was not syncing automatically. So I tried to sync it first, which did not work. And finally tried to restart the device, but now after shutdown, it is not even starting.
Battery was at 91%, but when I tries to restart the device. But in the chat with support team, only suggestion was given to charge the device for 30 mins. "which also did not help", as device does not seem to be charging.
It has been around 30 mins since that chat. But when I trying to start chat again, it shows me a page with below message -
"Sorry, that page is following a different trail.
Since it’s unavailable, step over to one of these instead:"
not sure how I can get help on the issue I am facing. can you please advise.
