Versa not turning on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

so I've been using my versa for a while now, and over time the battery life certainly has gotten much worse. Until this morning, it would hold a charge. I charged it up last night and went to bed with it on full battery, only to wake up to it being completely dead. I put it on the charger, saw it briefly light up, but then return to be completely void of life. I've been trying all day to get it to work, trying to factory reset it, but nothing has worked. The fitbit gets warm when I put it on the charger, but it doesn't seem to want to turn on. help ;-;

Seems like heaps of people have the same problem, and replies are unsatisfactory. I have had mine 18 months and would expect longer for something I paid $300 Aus for. Will not be buying one again.

Same problem here.  Won’t come on at all.  I’ve tried all the troubleshooting options and nothing is working.  I don’t really want to, but it may be time to go to the dark side and get an Apple Watch.  It seems like a whole lot of people have the same problem from reading the forum and customer service is really good at repeating their “stock”reply.  Does anyone remember when the last update was?  Just trying to see if that’s the cause.

my watch versa 2 as the black / blank screen since yesterday. Literally nothing on the screen.

it does vibrate when left button is held sometimes and when placed on charge

it’s not synced to phone but my Bluetooth connects to it as I can’t see the screen I can’t factory reset or re sync it

the Fitbit app on my phone is showing a new update available (which I think is the cause of the crash as Fitbit seem to have a bad history with updates bricking watches) I can’t download it as I can’t sync the watch as the screen shows nothing haha

currently have a case open awaiting to hear back watch only 7months old so expecting a replacement shocking reading through these forums and talking to other people how unreliable fitbits seem to be
