I am now on my second Versa and I love it but the first one died just outside of warranty and so has the second one. Tried all the resets, restarts, two buttons held down, three buttons held down, different charger etc. Nothing. The question is, will Fitbit do anything to help (less than 2 years old) and if not is it worth buying another or do I jump ship to Apple and give up on Fitbit?
