I've had my Versa since April of last year and wear it every single day. Lately I also wear it at night to take part in the sleep study. It was working fine Sunday as I was painting, I took a shower and the screen was black when I got out. It won't turn on. It won't restart, completely unresponsive. The charger doesn't recognize it and my app won't sync to it. It wasn't dead, it had 66% battery life when it shut off. I see that there are several Versa owners going through this right now so there has to be some sort of bug, but I haven't seen any answer.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
