Purchased watch 07/19/2019 and it stopped working on 08/10/2020. After shower it went blank. Tried to recharge in the cradle charger and nothing. It advertised waterproof up to 50 meters. Very disappointed!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.
