Versa not turning on

So one day i woke up and my versa wasn't on so i was like ok i guess it died somehow even though i just charged it so i go and put it on the charger and it says its charging. I walked away and come back to see the charge multiple times eventually i come back and the screen was just black so then at that point i tried th two button reset trick and after multiple attempts nothing happens. So at this point i'm just completely confused on whats happening so i go and put it back on the charger. hours later i still come back with the same result of nothing so once again i try the two button trick and still no result so now i'm really starting to get irritated with it so i go to the fit bit forum page. After a few mins of looking through responses i try everything they say to to do including the factory reset with three buttons. Now i'm just completely confused and lost and here i m now. Can somebody please help me with this issue asap this is my favorite fit bit i own i don't want to have to use my old charge 2 again.

Hi, I too am having trouble.  In the night my watch vibrated and woke me, I looked at it and it had two pink lines down the side and a blank screen.  Since then it has died and not responding to anything.  It had 70% battery.  When I check forums it says press the back button, our version only has 1 left side and 2 right side buttons.  It has been dead and non responsive for over 15 hours now.  Any help appreciated 🙂

@Icha19I feel you mate I have had this up for around a week and have only now got a response just to be told i have to wait longer for a email from somebody else.
