Weekly exercise is updating on the app but not on the watch. I tried restarting it a few times but nothing changed. Any ideas on what i can try?

Best Answer@Itsbrenda Since you can see the exercise info in the app, the issue you're observing is a matter of syncing back. Versa supplies the raw data (via Fitbit mobile app) to the Fitbit servers for the calculations which later are synced back to Versa (via Fitbit mobile app). Usually syncing the tracker several times with the app is enough. But, if the info is still missing try logging out from Fitbit app, rebooting your phone, rebooting Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears), logging back to fitbit app, and syncing several times. It may take some time and several syncs.

@MarkMM You can see it in the Today app. Swipe up on the main screen on your Versa and scroll down to Exercise section.
I see. Thanks Marrrmaduke. Didn't even notice before. Usually only look at "today" for current hour steps.
Best AnswerHi. This solution isn’t working for me. After a few attempts at these steps now my today app doesn’t show my exercise at all. I’ve tried deselecting and reselecting ‘exercise’ several times but it refuses to appear. It is working fine on the iPhone app.
I've also noticed this with the Sleep data under Today. Core Stats, Hourly Steps, and Heart Rate stay current, but not Exercise or Sleep. I tried unchecking and rechecking the boxes, but that didn't help.

I’ll try to explain: at first the ‘exercise’ section in ‘today’ on the versa just showed the first day’s exercise result and wasn’t updating as I exercised during the week despite syncing and updating the other stats. Then after trying your solution of logging out, rebooting etc. the ‘exercise’ section disappeared from the today app altogether.
Best AnswerWhat I’ve done now is temporary selected ‘weight’ which is underneath the exercise data in the settings on the today app on the watch and synced again and now ‘exercise’ has reappeared. I’ve unselected ‘weight’ and ‘exercise’ is still there. Not sure if this has fixed the problem or is just coincidental.
Best Answer@Garymc7 It just takes a while to update Today app. logging out and back in forces the sync, but it may take several syncs for the app to update all the stats. 🙂
Best AnswerI understand but the exercise stat (and only that one) had completely disappeared for a while there so I think some kind of bug had crept in.
