Since I updated the Fitbit app, my Versa is no longer vibrating when receiving some notifications. Text messages will appear but the watch won’t vibrate. It does vibrate when receiving calls. The vibrating settings are set to strong.
I’ve reset my phone and the Versa itself but nothing changed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing any current data.
After this, try turning off the notifications and turn them back on. Finally, monitor the notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.

I am having the same issue - when you say "open the settings app" on your device are you talking about the Versa or my Iphone? I turned my Versa off and on and it is still not vibrating...... any help would be appreciated. This has been happening for weeks now......
