Hello my Fitbit Versa used to vibrate and alert me to an incoming call or txt but it does not seem to do it anymore. Can anybody please help me out with this. Thank you

Try holding in left side button a few seconds. See if 'Notifications' is on or off. If off, just tap to toggle back on.

@JohnnyRow is right. Even if the Notifications on your Versa are on, toggle them OFF and back ON with a reboot of the tracker in-between (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes). Also, does your Versa sync without issues? When was the last sync (open Fitbit app, tap on Versa icon and scroll down to the Sync section)? Whats your phone model, OS, firmware version and Fitbit app version?

I am having the same issue ..... I've up-paired, re-paired, re-booted etc. Messages come through but do not vibrate. But Versa does vibrate for alarms etc so it's not that. Seems to have started after the last Versa update.
Any other ideas?

@zigszoo open settings app on your Versa, scroll down to Notifications, tap, and toggle During sleep OFF and back ON with a reboot of the tracker in-between (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears).
