Versa not working after charging

I don’t know if anyone has any tricks but I charged my versa last night. When I removed it from the charger this morning it felt hot and it will not turn on. The app shows it’s fully charged and last synced just before one am. They want an update but it won’t turn on.

Because your Fitbit Versa felt hot after charging I’d definitely contact Fitbit Customer Service at 877-623-4997. Hopefully they can help you resolve the issue and you’ll be back up and running in no time.
