First the watch didn’t charge I reset it by pressing all three buttons but still didn’t charge. 3 days later it started charging and was at 100 again. Then the watch started pressing random buttons by itself and the screen kept turning on by itself. It then stopped recording my heart rate. It then wouldn’t turn on and screen was frozen with green lines. I tried charging it and now the lines are gone and won’t turn on at all.
I got it as as a gift made last year Christmas. can someone let me know how to get it repaired or replaced. thanks

Call Support. I purchased a Versa in March 2019 and loved it until the battery wouldn't stay charged. It was replaced in August and this morning the replacement will not charge, black screen, nothing. After careful inspection, I noticed the condensation inside the sensor. Returning for my 2nd replacement within 9 months. Condensation seems to be a HUGE problem with Versa (look at the Community Support page https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Condensation-in-versa-sensor/td-p/3337839) Disappointed my Versa is not working again and now I waiting for another replacement.
