My Versa is no longer working correctly. Step counts are way short, heartbeat doesn't work at all, my sleep hasn't been tracking since July. Battery goes dead in just 2 days. I spent most yesterday doing a factory reset on it. And it still doesn't work correctly. I paid way too much for this version for it to already be like this!

You can tailor you steps. To a know distance by adjusting your stride.
Also, this is not a really expensive medical device that will measure your heart beat to a precision value.

I have followed the user guide and done a lot of research on how to fix these problems. None have worked. The heart rate monitor does not work at all. And I'm very aware that this is not as expensive as a medical heart rate device. I didn't buy a medical heart rate device. I bought a fitbit. To help me get in shape. I have called Fitbit and they have determined that my Versa is in fact defective. They are sending me a replacement. I tried to use this community forum as a last resort before I would call them. Thank you for your demeaning comment, you were absolutely no help at all.

My versa is no longer working properly either. It's tracking my steps, but i show zero steps in all my challenges. The heart rate monitor, alerts and sleep tracking is no longer working. I am wondering if it's because I changed the clock face? I tried changing it back and it still doesn't work.

I’m literally having the same exact problems and I had them send me another one I’m this is one is just as damaged...for months my tracker worked perfectly so there’s no way I’m using the product incorrectly if I’m using it just the same now. I honestly can’t believe fitbit has come to this. I had 3 other trackers prior to this one and never had an issue. And you’re right this is one of their most expensive models so we should all expect better quality than this.

I received my Versa as a Christmas gift, and it worked great. But as of yesterday, I noticed that my active minutes was not what it should be - about half when I looked. When I synced my data with my phone, it changed to zero and no more time was logged. Further investigation showed my daily steps (250 per hours) ha e been zero all day for the past week. I also saw that my stair count for the past couple days is double what it should be.
I was using a third party clock face and thought it may be the issue but the timing of the issues and when I installed it do not coincide. I also restarted my Versa and will see if that fixes things - I did see I got credit for 1 hour of 250 steps - the last hour I track each day.
My wife received a Charge 3 and it works fine. I have 2 weeks to figure out if the Versa is okay. Thinking about swapping for a Charge 3.

I am having the same problem with my Versa!! No heart beats at all, sleep is just messed up and I wonder about my steps!! I just thought a reset would help. Was going to go to Geek Squad for help but I think I need to call fitbit.

My Versa is not working either. Short on steps, my husband wears one too. Not charging, not capturing my sleep.

I cannot get my fitbit versa to turn on at all, I had charged it to 100 percent and it just wont turn on at all. I have only had this thing for less than 6 months. I am very dissatisfied for the amount of money I paid for this thing

who knows the phone number for Versa customer service? I am very upset as its not working at all, it was changed 100 percent and still will not turn on and the connections are not dirty, I made sure they were clean. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Versa is not working correctly. Steps count showing wrong. Steps was 0 but showing heart beat 0, steps 0 but calories showing as 1150. Finally it stopped working. I disappointed a lot.
