Versa not working - screen going black

Hello,

 

I’ve been using my versa for 1,5 years and it always worked very well but recently I took a shower with it (i usually take it off) and since a few days after that, the screen is only black (but was working) and now it doesn’t either charge ou turn on. 

How can I fix that ?

Mine went black with one green light still showing on the back which turns red when it needs to be charged. My Versa still tracks my steps on my phone but I can't see anything. I hope someone from Fitbit replies.

I just did a Live Chat under Help and Support. Someone from Fitbit will check my warranty and send me an email in the next 24 hours. Try asking for Support Help.
