Hi there
My versa doesn't want to sync to my phone anymore? I've tried syncing it to two other devices and still nothing. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, turned Bluetooth off and on, restarted devices and nothing.
It is fully charged and is counting my steps, however the time is incorrect, apparently it 07:13 however it's actually 11:10. I noticed it was syncing on Monday and when I tried sync to the app it told me there was no device found even though the watch is next to my phone. I then checked for any app updates and could see there was one so updated the app. This then allowed the watch to sync, but on Weds it happened again and I've been unable to sync it since - it's now Thursday.
Extreamly annoying. Please help.

I have the same issue - I tried all the things in the steps - not in the same order. but all softwares are up to date on phone and versa - it has now synced with my iPad so at least is now telling me the right time, but I need to to sync to my iPhone (11).

Okay so none of those worked and both my phone and tablet don't recognise the fitbit and it will not sync to either. However, my now my fitbit is now not working at all.
The battery has died so I have put it on charge and it will not charge. I've tried 3 different sockets to make sure its not the socket, and it won't charge on any or them ????? This is getting very frustrating now.
I think it's probably wise to take the fitbit back the shop unless anyone has any ideas?...
