My versa is not reading my heart rate consistently since updating. When I am working out, it will take a long time to reflect an accurate heart rate. It will also drop considerably at random points during my workout. To test this, I used a separate heart monitor. While I was on a StairMaster my real heart rate was at 170 while the versa had me at 110 for 15 minutes before jumping to 170- then back down to 130. It also just does not read at all for periods of time. Another issue is my resting heart rate is now showing as higher than before the update; 61-62 rather than 58. Something isn't right in flavortown.

@SunsetRunner Hello! Sorry to hear about your troubles, have you tried performing a restart?

Yes, that was the first thing I tried. I did about an hour of cardio today and my separate tracker monitored a heart rate of 155 but the fitbit barely cracked 130. It also says my resting heart rate is increasing.

@SunsetRunner There isn't much other advice or guidance I can offer at this point, since a restart didn't work.
I have flagged your post for a moderator to create a Customer Support ticket for you.
Best of luck!
