I recently got a Huawei P30 Pro. I was able to sync my Versa but I stopped being able to receive notifications on my watch despite fixing permissions and all day sync. Data was not syncing. I have now unpaired my Versa from my Huawei P30 Pro and it will not longer pair again - Phone isn't even picking up the Versa's Bluetooth. Any idea how to fix this? Really annoyed that they are not compatible, feels like I've just wasted money.

A warm welcome to the Community @BeccaPratt !
Congratulations on your new Huawei P30 Pro phone! Thank you for sharing the details of the difficulty you're experiencing with syncing and receiving notifications on your Versa. I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your efforts to resolve this. While your new phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? Move on to the troubleshooting steps if the issue persists.
For troubleshooting instructions to resolve syncing issue, please see this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their trackers to the fullest. I recommend keeping an eye on this page, as it will be listed there when your device is fully supported (https://www.fitbit.com/devices).

I also have the P30 Pro, and love it. I got a couple of text messages, and a Gmail notification on my versa but then it no longer works (notifications I mean). It syncs with steps but nothing else.
shame, I hope Fitbit can resolve this soon, or its goodbye Versa, and onto the Huawei Watch, although don't really want to do that.

Do you have a date when the Versa will sync properly with the P30 Pro. It's been out a while now, but there is no info on a date....
The watch face can be changed, the steps sync, and very occasionally (usually after a restart on the versa) i get a couple of messages or emails.
Come on Fitbit - let us know.

Thank you for your reply @NikW68.
I am glad to hear you can sync your data and change the watch face, but experience difficulties with receiving notifications. I understand your concern. We do not have the estimated time frame when the Huawei P30 Pro will be added to the list of supported devices. Our development team is trying their best to add more devices integrated with the Fitbit app. I appreciate your understanding.

I too had exactly the same problem. Worked a couple of times then if I restart phone (as it suggests) I get one notification then back to nothing. This is 21stC guys. Get your finger out!!! Nik I wouldn't suggest getting the huawei watch, it'll give them more reason not to make it compatible 😂😂

Hi @Roliemo @NikW68 @AnneJay, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums. I am sorry for the delayed response.
@Roliemo thank you for joining the thread and sharing your experience. I appreciate your efforts and would like to advise that a majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.
@AnneJay I understand your concern and would like to confirm that Huawei P30 Pro phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment. It may work with the app, but some of the functions might work intermittently.
@NikW68 thank you for the input.
Let me know if you have any questions.

It's all working well for me. See the link below to a YouTube video. It worked with both Nova 2i and P30 Pro.

I am experiencing the same problem. Its super frustrating and I'm so regretting on purchasing the Versa 2. Its not even a week old and I'm already unhappy.
Its as if it keeps on loosing connection between the phone and the watch. 😞
If we cant get this sorted I am strongly considering investing in apple.

Yes, why can't fit bit tell us these things? Quit regurgitating our complaint and saying how much you care. If you care fix it or tell me how to.
