Versa not working

My fitbit versa, suddenly stopped working 15 minutes ago. The battery is at medium. I have tried charging it, restarting it but nothing has worked. The fitbit is essential for me, as it helps me track my sleep, for my medical condition (epilepsy). I have seizures if I get l less than six hours of sleep. 

Any help would be appreciated!

Versa lite stat screen not responding to swipes or touch. Also stat stays on calories burned cannot change to display steps or heart rate
