My watch no longer turns on and does not charge. pressing and holding 3 buttons did not help. what should I do?

Mines did the same thing yesterday it just died while fully charged. The screen started blurring & blinking then it just died. Nothing is working

I'm looking for a replacement, just in case, Samsung or Xiaomi. I am very disappointed because I really liked fitbit. I hope that the problem of many users will be resolved, but the fact that Versa died after the update indicates big problems.
