When my Fitbit versa stopped working completely, I called Fitbit Customer Service for a solution. Went through their simple cleaning suggestions to try and get it to charge and turn on again with no luck. It stopped working in the 13 month, and Fitbit warranty only covers 12 months. I asked for a repair option if they aren't going to replace it as it was only 3 weeks out of warranty, but this was not an option. Very disappointed, going to switch back to Garmin again for a better warranty.
