Versa not working

I was trying to look at the time on my versa when I noticed it was not on, so I assumed the battery died. Once I charged it, it still has not turned on. Please advise what I need to do?

I have the exact same problem.

The battery was at 43% at last sync, which was a few hours before I no longer could turn my watch on. Charging didn't help. I also tried to restart my watch, following the instructions on fitbit webpage, but that doesn't work either. Help!
