Versa not working

Hi my versa was fully charged and started asking me to log into phone I changed my password the screen started jumping numbers and now has switched of completely I’ve tried holding the three buttons for 15 seconds then bottom lift for ten and nothing it’s not switching on and on my phone can’t find my watch.

please help thanks 😊

My wife’s did the same thing last week and I just got done talking with customer support and we missed the window on the warranty for a replacement but the they sent her an email for 25% off one of her choice. She gets a new one about every two years because they break. She doesn’t do anything crazy but go to work and the gym. So we will probably go with Apple Watch now. Good luck on your versa.
