Versa not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

It started out with my Versa clock showing a time about 10 minutes different than the real time when I woke up. Once I  synced it the time issue resolved itself. Then it started to happen during the  day and required me to invoke a sync.

Then it stopped syncing completely. I followed all the steps to fix it, i.e. confirm I had the latest updates on my phone, tracker, and Fitbit app (uninstalled/installed), checked Bluetooth connectivity  etc. ... all to no avail, so I had to do a device setup. That worked for a short time followed by two days where I had to do a device setup each day. Yesterday I  tried another device setup wth no luck as it can't find my Versa (does not even show up in my phones Bluetooth as an available device). The only thing I haven't done is do a factory reset.

Hi @Sigint

I'm sorry to hear you having an issue with your Versa. Have you tried doing a restart, by holding down the left button and right bottom button for 10+ seconds until the screen goes dark and reappears with the Fitbit logo? Give that a try a couple times to see if it clears up the issue. Often a restart works better than uninstall and reinstalling a device.
