Hi,
My Fitbit Versa 2 watch worked yesterday and it started to show the Fitbit logo on the screen and wouldn't get past that screen. I tried to charge it but it doesn't look like it is charging anymore. I push the power button and the lower right hand button to restart it but nothing is happening. I also tried to push all 2 buttons but nothing happed either.
Is the watch not compatible of charging anymore? What other troubleshooting things can I do?

Welcome to the forum. Will you please confirm you have a Versa 2? I'm asking because you mention multiple buttons in your post. How you restart a Versa is different from a Versa 2. If you have a Versa 2, you should only have a single button. Hold that down for 10+ seconds until you screen goes dark and the Fitbit logo appears. You may need to try this a few time to get it to work. Fingers crossed.
