Versa notification and syncing issues

I have had my Versa for 2 weeks now and I had to unpair, repair 4 times to get notifications to work for half a day. I am now back at no notifications and not syncing. I have tried all the trouble shooting ideas and still nothing. I have an android, the app is current, notification push is enabled on device and phone. I've tried restart of both and forgetting/repairing and still nothing. Very disappointing.
