Versa notifications and screen issues

My text and message notifications are working, but only randomly. I am seeing a thin blue line and thin gold line on the edges of my watchface. They just showed up a couple of days ago. Any idea?

Hi @SemperFly, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the notifications feature is not working properly and the screen shows a blue line. By the way, thank you for providing a picture showing the blue line.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps listed in this help page in order to fix the notifications issue.

 

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
