I am using my Fitbit Versa with iOS v11.4 on an iPhone 7. I am noticing that my notifications are coming through sporadically. I have it set for Calls, Text Messages, Calendar Events, and multiple other apps. I will notice that only some text messages come through (and sometimes very delayed) as well as calls never showing up on my watch.
Has anyone else noticed this or have a solution for it?
Also, is there a way to have the Versa automatically turn on the screen when a notification comes through? I've noticed sometimes that my watch will buzz, but when I look at it, it won't turn on even with the movement to raise it up and I have to hit the button to see what is on the screen. Many times, it seems to be one of the fitness reminders from Fitbit.
Thanks,
Merg

It's great to see you around @TheMerg.
If you are having issues with your notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provided there. Now about the quick view, I suggest checking that you have set this option in "On" or "Auto".
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

Best AnswerI followed the instructions, however it is hit and miss, sometimes I get notifications from text and phone calls, 1 or 2 than miss 1 or 2 more , nothing consistent. Was thinking about going to apple instead, but I like the music features. Hopefully over time it will get better

Best AnswerIt is absolutely ridiculous that there is no option to allow the screen to turn on when a notification is received ... Having to touch the screen... Who's the bright mind that came up with that??
I know it will reduce battery life, doh!
