Thanks Fitbit for latest update. I've not been able to sync for two months. It was a smooth sync too only took one go

I bought an honor 9 lite last week and my versa will not pair correctly.

If I reset the versa and update the firmware I can sometimes get it to pair, but then will only sync once.

I hadn't realised Fitbit were so not interested in development for hauwei/honor ( read recently 2nd biggest selling brand in the world now).

Anyway, time to ditch the versa and all future Fitbit devices.  They're not interested.
