Im having trouble switching on my versa, i tried pressing all 3 buttons bt i wont turn on. The app can recognize that its fully charged and its warm bt it stil has a black screen. Is any having same problem nd how did you solve it?

@Tsolo I’m sorry that’s not working. I would call Customer Support. Hopefully they can better troubleshoot the issue.

@Tsolo Have you tried using a new clock face? How about performing a restart?
