Versa on’t fully update while on wifi

When I try and update my fitbit while on wifi it starts to update but doesn’t finish. I have removed the device and started over as well as uninstalled the app

Take a look at this article. You may have better luck doing the update via bluetooth.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Just adding to what @WavyDavey already said, make sure you're near the router, Versa is in charging dock, and on strong, stable internet connection. You can reboot versa ans restart the process perhaps using different wifi network (e.g. at your friend's or workplace). Alternatively, there's always Bluetooth way as @WavyDavey mentioned.
