When I try and update my fitbit while on wifi it starts to update but doesn’t finish. I have removed the device and started over as well as uninstalled the app

Just adding to what @WavyDavey already said, make sure you're near the router, Versa is in charging dock, and on strong, stable internet connection. You can reboot versa ans restart the process perhaps using different wifi network (e.g. at your friend's or workplace). Alternatively, there's always Bluetooth way as @WavyDavey mentioned.

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa could be updated after following the troubleshooting steps that shared @WavyDavey and @Marrrmaduke.
