My Versa stopped working once I switched to WiFi while on vacation, now a black screen even after charging. Tried to reset, remove device and reinstall. App can’t find my device.

@Mauimimi By reset do you mean 3-button factory reset or regular reboot (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons util Fitbit logo appears)? By removing device, do you mean removing from the paired devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings or from Fitbit mobile app, or both? Are the sensor lights blinking?

@Mauimimi If you removed it from the app (from your Fitbit account), you also need to remove it from Paired Devices list in your phone's bluetooth settings, then reboot both phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears) and add Versa as a new device. You can try that, but unfortunately I believe at this point, it's either performing a 3-button factory reset or contacting Customer Support. Try the above first, if this does not work, try this:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
