Should I have to tap my screen several times before it lights up? Once it is lit up and screen goes back to sleep, I only have to tape screen once. If watch is black for a while, I have to tap several times before it wakes again. What seems to be the issue? I only purchased it yesterday. If this is hiw
rhe watch works, I will need to return it. I sync to iPhone 6.
Thank you.

Hi @PayrollQueen. I have a couple things for you to try on your Versa, please.
First, press and hold the button on the left until you see Screen Wake Auto and Notifications On. If either of those has a line thru them, tap to turn back on. With Screen Wake Auto, you should only have to flick your wrist towards you to make the clock face appear.
You can also change how long your screen stays on. To do this from your Versa, scroll the screen to the left until you see Settings. Tap it. Then scroll up. Among the options you will see Display Awake. You can set it to stay on up to 60 seconds. Bit please keep in mind that a longer display time will affect battery life.

Try to hold down the button on the left. this will take you to the second part of settings. once you do this see if it says screen wake auto or manual. if it says screen wake manual, you want to change it to auto. what this does, is it makes it to where when you look at your watch it will turn on.
Have a nice day!

If I turn the Auto feature off, I only have to tap the screen twice to turn it back on. Sometimes it needs a third time, @PayrollQueen.
