my black Fitbit Versa is only flashing the logo. i’ve tried to reset it and update the versa, my phone and app. nothing has worked.

@jackey12, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit forums.

 

I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it only flashes the Fitbit Logo. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our Community.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, check out if your Versa starts and shows your stats properly.
