Versa opens the alarms app randomly

So my FitBit keeps opening up the "Alarms" app randomly. Been trying to get support but they sent me battery drainage solution.. Anyone have any experience with this? If so, how can I fix it?

Hi @Lauren_ash, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it opens the alarms app by itself. By the way, I'm sorry about the troubleshooting steps that you were provided.

 

In order to fix this issue, please try a factory reset. To do so no your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if it stops opening the alarms app all of a sudden.
