Hello -
I just opened up the box on my brand new Versa 2. It is successfully linked to my phone's Bluetooth. I successfully linked the Versa's Spotify app to my Spotify premium account. I synced my phone and Versa several times afterward and tried a YouTube video to figure out how to use the Versa's Spotify controls. No luck even though the Versa and my phone are sitting next to each other. Please help!
Update to add: The error message my Versa 2 displays reads, "Make sure your phone's Bluethooth is on, then sync your device using the Fitbit mobile app." As stated above, my phone (Pixel 3a) says it is connected to my Versa 2 Classic as an "input" and I've synced with my app successfully several times.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
