Versa pauses during workouts

I started running on Treadmill and set my workout as run. But the workout kept on pausing multiple times automatically during my run. As per my observation, it was pausing when my heartbeat rising to 140+.

Does any one know about settings so that it does not pause during workout?

Hi @Dev20, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa pauses during your workouts.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your workouts. Finally, monitor your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
