I just received a replacement Versa from Fitbit about 6 weeks ago because the one my husband bought me for Christmas overheated and wouldn’t turn on at all. Fitbit made me send in the old one before sending me the replacement which took almost two weeks by the time I received my replacement. Well now 6 weeks later and the new one they sent me stopped working today even though I charge it every night, but I tried putting it on the charger. After about 30 minutes I checked and it was hot and still not responding. I took it off the charger so it wouldn’t overheat. I’m so frustrated because I’ve used Fitbits in the past and had a lot of issues with them burning out so I switched to the Apple Watch but wasn’t very happy with the exercise detector so thought I would give Fitbit another chance.

I woke to find my Fitbit hot To touch right off the charger and now it’s not working. My intel suggests this is not uncommon. Are you able to help me?
