Versa overrides alta hr every time

I recieved an alta hr for Christmas, and recently got a versa as well. I wore my alta 24/7 (except charging and showers) and never had a problem. I bought the versa for out and about as I can quick reply and read it a bit easier. Wore it to bed, and it performed horribly for sleep. I figured it was a fluke, so tried 2 more nights and all the same. Basic readings, and my alta kept saying I was asleep when I wasn't wearing it.

Now my versa stays on the screen, all of the versa's readings sync over the alta regardless of wearing it or not, and won't register anything my alta does (except the sleep part when I wear the alta to sleep). For example- took versa off, synced. Alta on, synced. Got in bed. Checked my silent alarms and noticed my heart rate was 168 on the app. My alta said 77. Versa was registering 168 and wouldnt stop.

Since adding the versa, I've had nothing but problems with syncing from both of them. I am so confused on how to go about resolving things and I hope you guys can help!

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Hope this solves your problems.
