Versa paper weight

I purchased my Versa one year ago, and tonight it died after performing a reset to factory settings.  Kept dropping and the only way to get it working again was to start from the very beginning which I have had to do countless times since

 I got it.  I have a Galaxy S10+.  I’ve tried putting in two different chargers.  Nothing.  I’ve tried holding the buttons in every combination.  Nothing.  Can’t find hardly any explanation online, tried the few things I did find.  Nothing.  Doubt I’ll ever buy another Fitbit product.  I feel completely ripped off.  Can’t return it either.  This is not how to do business.  They’ve lost one consumer for sure.

Have you spoken with them?  I'm possibly having similar issues.

Not yet. Just happened tonight. I’m going to try to call them tomorrow. Not expecting much, but I have to try.
