I purchased my Versa one year ago, and tonight it died after performing a reset to factory settings. Kept dropping and the only way to get it working again was to start from the very beginning which I have had to do countless times since
I got it. I have a Galaxy S10+. I’ve tried putting in two different chargers. Nothing. I’ve tried holding the buttons in every combination. Nothing. Can’t find hardly any explanation online, tried the few things I did find. Nothing. Doubt I’ll ever buy another Fitbit product. I feel completely ripped off. Can’t return it either. This is not how to do business. They’ve lost one consumer for sure.
