My screen has a pop up that has the word High and beneath it Low with and x in the corner to close screen. Battery is charged, light setting is on normal....no idea why it pops up or what it is for.

Hi. I,m finished walking the dogs and feeding my horses and cats. I do not recognize this message at all. I would advice you therefore to reboot your Versa two to three times in order to see in this message disappears. How to reboot? Press and hold the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Why two to three times, simply because most of the time the problem will not be solved after one reboot. Hope this helps to solve your problem. Good luck.
