So, ive had this device near a month now. It continues to disappoint. Drops heart rate dont report to phone, device and phone app dont match.
Can it be returned for refund

Hi, before contacting Customer Support, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logog and release the buttons. If you contact them before this procedure, this is the first thing they ask you to do.

Thanks, Ive been fighting this for a month now, went thru chat and continue to update the app and restart the device and the app and the phone.....this is a known problem as i see post a year old referring to the versa and these problems.....
But thanks, ill keep restarting it and telling everyone to stay away from the versa..
