Versa quit reporting hours

As of this morning only the first four hours of my 250 steps has recorded. Even though my Fitbit versa shows all the hours I've completed they are not transferring to the Fitbit program. Normal for me is 11 hours all of which I've completed today but only the first four hours show on the program. It appears fitbit is using us as beta testers for their updates so we can find their bugs for them

Hi @Harry_Hill, welcome to the community.

 

I would suggest restarting your Versa by following the steps here, and also restarting your phone. Then open the fitbit app and try syncing again to see if the hourly steps show up now?

Fitbit. Period. Is a perpetual Beta programme.

yep. I did all that before I made my post, this is all happening since fitbits newest update to Versa
