Over the past two months I’ve had difficulty syncing my Versa. It would sync steps but not active minutes or some other thing. It rarely would complete a full sync. I’d reboot it, delete the app, delete the Fitbit, etc. Nothing seemed to work consistently, but at least it would sync partially. Then I downloaded the update. BIG MISTAKE! Nothing would sync. I finally did a factory reset, hoping that would work. After 4 resets it finally connected but I lost a lot of data. The. It stopped syncing again. The intermittent syncing is back.
Whats the the point of having a device that will track the day only to lose it because it won’t sync!
I’ve worn a Fitbit for five years. I have had this Versa for 1-1/2 years and love it. Until now! Based on other people’s challenges I think it unwise to purchase another. Very disappointed!
