My watch quit telling the correct time, the syncing has a red ? mark I got it back to correct time twice but it took alot of trying to sync it. I have used this watch for 6 months no trouble.

Is the red mark on the Versa or on the Fitbit app? Also what type of device is the Fitbit app on?
