My Fitbit cerda screen won’t work

Hi! I need some help figuring out what is wrong with my versa. I got it for Christmas so it is only about 6 months old, and last night the screen just quit working. I’ve tried turning off and back on, I did a hard reset on it and plugged into the charger and still the screen won’t turn on. It still vibrates when I get notifications such as text messages or phone calls, but it won’t sync with my phone. It hasn’t been exposed to water other than the ocasional rain storm i might have gotten caught in, it hasn’t been hit on anything, and there haven’t been any other instances that could cause damage to it. I really need some help on this because I love my watch and I use it daily, so I need to get it working again. Any suggestions?

Yes @Anna_banana_623. when asking about a phone issue it is not enough to simply say phone. We need a phone model.

I have the iPhone 8, but the problem is not that I’m not receiving notifications, the problem is that I am receiving the notifications, but my screen won’t turn on. My versa was still vibrating when I received notifications, but now I can’t get it to do anything. I turned my watch off an back on, did a hard reset, and have tried connecting it to the charger and it won’t do anything. It’s like the screen just randomly decided to quit working in a matter of minutes.
